These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Online Launch Lab's services, including ebook builds, course builds, community platforms, and any related services provided by Gladys and The Online Launch Lab team.
By booking a call, making a payment, or engaging our services in any way, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
Our Services
The Online Launch Lab provides done-for-you digital product builds. This includes but is not limited to:
- Ebook writing, design, and funnel setup
- Course curriculum structure, platform setup, and automation
- Community portal builds and management services
- Sales page design and funnel configuration
- Email automation and delivery system setup
- Brand creation where no existing brand is provided
The exact scope of your project will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any additions to the agreed scope will be communicated to you with a revised proposal before additional work is done.
Payments
Standard Payment
Full payment or agreed deposit is required before work begins. We do not start builds without confirmed payment.
March Madness Payment Plan
Ebook offer only. Available during March 2026 to women only. $500 is due at the start of the project. The remaining $500 is due once your ebook generates $1,000 in sales. If sales do not reach $1,000 within 90 days of launch, the remaining balance becomes due in full. This is an offer of good faith, not a performance guarantee.
Refunds
Due to the nature of custom digital work, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied at any stage, please contact us directly and we will work to resolve it. We are committed to delivering something you are proud of.
CRM Access and Platform Fees
Your funnel, automations, and systems are built inside our CRM platform. The first month of access is included in your build fee.
After the first month, you have two options:
- Stay on our account for $47 per month. Your system continues running exactly as built with no migration required. Usage fees may apply.
- Transfer to your own account at any time. We will migrate all funnels, automations, and data to your platform. A transfer fee may apply depending on complexity.
Failure to maintain the $47 monthly fee may result in your funnel going offline. We will notify you before any disruption occurs.
Your Responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, we need your cooperation. You agree to:
- Attend scheduled calls and respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide your payment processor credentials or account access when requested
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about your business, topic, and goals
Delays caused by lack of client responsiveness do not constitute a failure on our part to deliver. Turnaround timelines begin once all required information has been received from you.
Ownership
All content, designs, and systems created for your project are yours upon full payment. We retain no ownership over your ebook, course, brand assets, or funnels once payment is complete.
We may reference your project as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
The Online Launch Lab provides build and management services. We do not guarantee specific sales results, revenue, or business outcomes. Your results depend on many factors outside our control including your audience, pricing, traffic, and market conditions.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information stays with us and is only used to serve you.
Payment Information
We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by your chosen payment platform (Stripe, PayPal, NMI, Square, etc.). We only receive confirmation that a payment was made and the associated email address.
CRM and Email Systems
Your contact information may be stored in our CRM platform in order to manage your project, send automated emails related to your build, and communicate updates. This data is held securely and is not shared with outside parties.
If you choose to transfer your project to your own CRM account, all your data moves with you and is removed from our platform upon confirmation.
Cookies
Our website uses basic cookies for functionality and analytics. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though this may affect how some parts of the site function.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your information, subject to any legal or contractual obligations
- Opt out of any marketing communications at any time
